Kevin is Cecil's Desert Bluffs doppelganger and so he looks almost exactly like Cecil, with the exception of his eyes, which Cecil describes as "black as obsidian", and his smile which is far more sinister. Because not much else is known about Kevin's looks, for the sake of RP, he will take the same general appearance of whatever Cecil is in the game or that I happen to be tagging at the moment.
